What distinguishes MOH?

Our unique jewelry pieces are as creative as they are timeless. Offering classical, seasonal, and special collections, our 18k gold-plated earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, and wrist watches can share with you your special occasions, commemorating them for years to come. For our products we use a base of 925 silver, plated with 18K gold and infused with artificial diamonds (AAA Swiss Zirconia). Each product page contains detailed information about its specification.

The item I received is wrong

If you receive the wrong item, please contact our salespersons or visit any of our store for the return of the item. Please note, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received in within 5 days of receipt for a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, taxes and any duties.

How do I search for a specific item on the website?

The search bar allows you to search by keyword, Product ID or description. The bar can be found on the top-right corner of the website.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship anywhere within Saudi Arabia, and to any international destination accessible by shipping companies. For more details, please check Shipping and Payments page below.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

MOH provides a lifetime warranty on any item sold without violation of the terms of use attached to the product. All purchases and products have passed a series of quality checks before they are sold or shipped.

In the event that a defective product is received, or damaged during the shipping and delivery of the product, the customer has the right to exchange it for a new piece of the same model without additional shipping/delivery fees, in accordance with our exchange and return policy found in the warranty and cancellation page in the footer below. When returning the product for exchange, it must be in its original condition with all complementary packaging and certificates. The policy doesn’t include products damaged due to misuse.

 

Exceptions

The followings are excluded from the exchange and return policy:

• Discounted goods and goods sold as finale sale.

• Customized/Personalized pieces: All pieces that contain engraved numbers and letters customized at the request of the customer.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Address changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet. Please note that in efforts to service our customers quickly and efficiently, our processing time is typically one business hour, so the window is pretty tight - but we will do our best to accommodate. 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

If the order return is accepted, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. Also, make sure to keep in mind that MOH is not able to return your Duties and Taxes. Please contact your local customs office for the next steps on how to recover this fee.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY/SHIPPING COST?

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

VAT Rates may vary depending on the destination country and items being delivered. The rate of VAT that applies to goods in Saudi is 15%, added during checkout to orders delivered within Saudi. If you place an order with us from outside Saudi Arabia, and for delivery outside of Saudi, VAT will not be applied to your order during checkout.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via credit cards and bank transfer for online orders. In-store purchases can be paid for with cash, credit card and debit card.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Easy – just log into your MOH account on the website, and under ‘my orders’, select ‘view your order history’.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

DOES MOH OFFER GIFTS OPTIONS?

At MOH, we are keen to share your happy moments, and therefore we have dedicated a whole section for gift options in the main menu. You can also review the various gift box options that we provide when choosing the gift you would like to purchase. In addition, we offer "gift card" option, which you can charge and gift to your loved ones.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do! Simply select and prepay your preferred amount, and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise up to the prepaid value either in store or at mohjewelry.com. It may not be redeemed for cash or applied as credit to a MOH account. Digital gift cards are available to purchase at the Gifts tap under the Shop menu.

WHAT IS VIRTUAL STYLING BY MOH?

Virtual Stylist is an online free MOH services, where your personal stylist handpicks pieces for you to select from. It's simple, bespoke and completely commitment-free. When scheduling the appointtment, our stylist will put together an edit of 5 MOH pieces to fit your style, preferences and budget - and send them directly to your email. Tell us what you love, order it and have it delivered to you! You can also visit the store to check the pieces and try them on before making the purchase.

WHERE CAN I GO TO TRY THE PRODUCTS ON?

Come visit us and try on all our products at our stores located at Park Avenue mall and Sikkah in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are open on Saturday to Thursday from 10am - 12pm and  4pm - 11pm / Friday 4pm - 11 pm.
