Order Cancellation

Your order can be canceled within two hours of completing the payment. When we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation of shipment attached with the tracking number. If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

In special cases if the refund of the order amount is approved after shipment, then the value of the shipping fee and the order recovery fee will be deducted from the amount paid. If you want to cancel the request during the period shown above, please contact customer service to complete the cancellation procedures.

We thrive on using the best materials. We provide pure 925 Sterling Silver 18k gold plated pieces in AAA Swiss Zircon, one of the most luxurious in the market for their resemblance to natural diamonds in terms of size, cut, shine and purity.

In addition to that, we are CCT and SGS certified, ensuring compliance with international quality and health standards, this guarantees that all of our items are lead free and nickel free.

MOH is keen on providing the best shopping experience to its customers. Therefore, customers are entitled to the following:

In the event that the order is canceled by the MOH team or as a result of cancellation request approval (within two hours of order placement), the amount paid will be returned to the customer's account or the customer's credit card. Please note that the refunded amount may take up to a month to show in the card balance.

For an optimal shopping experience, clients have the right to:

  • Return/Refund: According to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, Accessories and jewelry are only returned in the event of a product manufacturing defect. In the event that a defective product is received, one that cannot be repaired, the customer has the right to return the product, and a refund will be issued if such product is returned within 3 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order, in its original condition as at the time of purchase, unused with price stickers, invoices and original boxes.
  • Exchange: In the event that a defective product was received that cannot be repaired, the customer has the right to exchange it for a new product of the same style. Also, in the event that such item is out of stock, it can be exchanged with another piece of the same price or higher, with the difference being paid. Clients can also request exchange if the wrong product is received. The aforementioned cases are only applicable if such request is made within 3 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order, and the default product is returned in its original condition as at the time of purchase, unused with price stickers, invoices and original boxes.

At MOH, we strive to provide the best services and maintain the safety of our customers. Therefore, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we would like to inform you that the above return and exchange are not available in the following cases:

  • Damaged items as a result of improper use and violation of terms of use
  • Any default product returned without the original packaging, receipt or warranty card.
  • Request to return or exchange defective products after more than 3 days from the date of receiving the order or purchase

NOTE:

If there is any difference or ambiguity in meaning between the Arabic and English texts, the Arabic version shall prevail. The provisions of this document shall not conflict with the provisions stated on the invoice or documents provided with any order and are considered complementary.
