In light of COVID-19, MOH is taking extensive precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Our response team has enforced stringent measures at every step of your order and delivery process, through enhanced hygiene protocols that put you first. All the orders are handled only with protective gloves. For delivery, drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks, and wear protective gloves when handling any order.  Delivery and shipping services are available to customers inside and outside Saudi Arabia, as stated in the table below. Please note that orders are delivered daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Free shipping is offered to orders over 600 SR.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Making a payment with MOH couldn’t be simpler. We strive to provide an excellent customer journey by diversifying and facilitating payment methods.

We accept payments through SADAD, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, mada, PayPal and online credit. Cash on Delivery is permitted for orders delivered in Riyadh.

Here at MOH we offers the option to modify the currency of shopping and buying for products, and you can change it from the top right of the homepage. After following the necessary steps to place your order, select your preferred methods of payment along with your details during the checkout phase. You will be notified upon acceptance of the payment process. MOH assumes no responsibility when the payment process is rejected or canceled by the credit card service provider for any reason. In addition, credit card information is not stored on the website as all the information and details entered through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes, and the correspondence from and to the service provider’s website is also encrypted.

The correctness and validity of the information related to the credit card used in the payment must be verified, and the customer's personal information will not be used or shared with any third party, unless upon a request from judicial or legislative authorities. MOH will not be held responsible for credit card fraud.
